Kenia Mattis is an affluent bilingual creative, with several accomplishments and accolades to her name. She is a founder of ListenMi, a creative design lab using animated storytelling and technology to create immersive experiences that inspire social change. She was the “Spark the Fire” Pitch Winner at the 2016 Global Entrepreneurship Summit at Stanford University, hosted by President Obama, and was also awarded the Development Bank of Jamaica’s Ignite Grant in the same year. Since then Kenia has been immersed in product research and development on GoLexiGo, an online adventure platform for Kid Inventors, tailored to improve their creativity and caring, with a projected 2018 launch.
A creator at heart, Kenia is a published songwriter and lyricist for global reggae artistes such as Etana, Romain Virgo, Andrew Tosh and was featured on Grammy nominated world music album Kingston Morning by New York's Dave Eggar.
Kenia holds an MBA (Hons.) in Marketing from INCAE Business University, Costa Rica and a BSc, International Relations and Spanish, from the University of the West Indies, Mona.
